한국정보통신진흥협회(KAIT)의 M-safer 가입제한 서비스 시스템 개선 작업으로 인해,
아래 작업 시간 동안 명의도용 가입제한 및 해지 업무가 일시 중단됩니다.
 
º 작업 시간 : 2026년 7월 25일(토) 22:00 ~ 7월 27일(월) 08:00
º 영향 사항 : 기간 내 신규 개통 시 '가입제한'이 설정되어 있는 고객님의 경우, 작업 시간 동안 해지 불가. (서비스 정상화 이후 해지 가능)
 
서비스는 이후 정상화되며, 고객님의 안전한 이용을 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.

[Notice] Information Regarding System Maintenance for M-safer Subscription Restriction Service
 
Hello. This is [Hanpass Mobile].
 
Due to system improvement work on the M-safer subscription restriction service by the Korea Association of Information and Communication Technology (KAIT),
Applications for identity theft subscription restrictions and cancellations will be temporarily suspended during the maintenance period below.
 
º Maintenance Period: July 25, 2026 (Sat) 22:00 ~ July 27, 2026 (Mon) 08:00
º Impact: For customers who newly activated a service during this period and have a 'Subscription Restriction' set, cancellation will not be possible during the maintenance period. (Cancellation will be possible after the service is restored.)
 
The service will be restored to normal thereafter, and we will do our best to ensure your safe use.
